Accepting Returns and Giving Refunds For Personalised Items and Custom-Made Items

In line with UK Law, “personalised items and custom-made items” are not eligible for returns. However, a return for “personalised items and custom-made items” will be accepted if the item is found to be faulty upon arrival.

To be eligible for a refund, the personalised/custom printed products must be:

Faulty: If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

Not as described: If the item is not as described, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

Does not do what it's supposed to: If the item does not do what it's supposed to, you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

If Your Item Isn’t A Personalised Item or Custom-Made Item

In the UK, consumers have a statutory right to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods, and a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving them, with a further 14 days to return the goods.
